Stable Operation of Biogas Purification and Compression Equipment

The biogas purification and compression equipment with a two – stage membrane process developed and produced by our company has been officially put into service in the large – scale bio – gas project in Anshan. This equipment has an annual biogas treatment capacity of 8 million standard cubic meters and can produce 5.0225 million standard cubic meters of bio – natural gas annually. Moreover, a unique 2 + 1 model has been created. That is, due to the insufficient initial raw materials from the customer, in order to avoid the customer’s excessive initial investment, based on the 30,000 – cubic – meter biogas purification equipment, we first provide the customer with 20,000 – cubic – meter biogas equipment. After the raw materials and raw gas steadily increase, the equipment will be expanded to 30,000 – cubic – meter equipment for free. This not only solves the customer’s worries but also saves the customer’s costs twice. This equipment has now entered the commissioning and service period. Currently, the equipment has been operating stably for more than 3,000 hours, and all indicators are within the design range. The owners and leaders from all walks of life have given positive feedback. It provides an important guarantee for the supply of local clean and renewable energy.
